Derald L. Gab
Derald Gab founded the Law Offices of Derald L. Gab in 1993. Derald received his law degree from Washington University in 1981, and is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
Derald practiced law for insurance defense firms in Missouri and Illinois. While working for these firms, Derald decided to open his own law practice to bring equality of representation to the injured. These injured individuals are often oppressed by the insurance company, which has the resources to employ a high-powered insurance defense firm, similar to where he previously worked. Derald left the insurance defense practice to help these injured individuals. His knowledge of defending Insurance companies gives him an advantage when representing an individual involved in a personal injury lawsuit.
Later, the purpose of his law firm expanded to include individuals charged with employment discrimination.
Thousands of individuals return to The Law Offices of Derald L. Gab when life throws them an unlucky curveball.
Kyle Kleefuss
Kyle Kleefuss graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 2008. As a student, Kyle was an active member of the Wayne State’s Disability Law Clinic. During that time, he successfully tried Social Security appeals before agency judges and tribunals.
Kyle moved to St. Louis and joined the Law Offices of Derald L. Gab, where he has handled numerous cases including domestic, traffic, criminal and social security.
Kyle now focuses on areas of personal injury, including premises liability, auto accidents and trucking cases.
Kyle brings a unique mix of enthusiasm, knowledge and diligence to every case, and takes immense pride in obtaining recoveries for victims of negligence.
Jared Gab
Jared Gab graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2017. After passing the bar on his first attempt, Jared was admitted to the Missouri Bar, and immediately began working as an attorney for the Law Offices of Derald L. Gab. Jared works vigorously to resolve client’s traffic matters in order to protect their legal interests. He also handles personal injury cases prior to litigation, and provides assistance on employment discrimination cases. Jared’s ambition is to help individuals who may be unaware of their rights under the United States and Missouri Constitutions, in addition to a multitude of legislative bills. He also seeks to better inform his clients about the nuances of the judicial system, and how he believes they would best be served. Jared is committed to his practice, and works daily to perfect his duties as part of the St. Louis legal community.
